USW’s Campus Services is among one of the University of South Wales’ largest departments consisting of four sub departments and employing over 200 full and part time staff.
The aim of Campus Services is to deliver customer-focused and professional services which enhances the experiences of students, staff and visitors.
In addition to this, Campus Services leads the Welcome Week Project with cross departmental involvement, which ensures the smooth transition of first year students into University life. We also work closely with the local community groups to help minimise the impact of students living in and around any University campus.
If you are a student, member of staff or visitor you are almost certainly at sometime going to be using at least one of our services. Our aim is to offer a friendly, professional service with a focus on enhancing your overall experience whilst at the University.
As a customer facing department we welcome feedback and always strive to improve our services, efficiency and facilities.
